Unitary Representations of the Quantum Anti-de Sitter Group at Roots of Unity and Elementary Particles

There exist unitary representations of the quantum Anti-de Sitter group at roots of unity which correspond to elementary particles, with an intrinsic high- energy cutoff. They can be described by polynomial functions on quantum AdS space. A length scale is identified where the space is expected to become noncom- mutative.
