The speakers thusfar have been describing the defense conversion activities in large companies with thousands of employees and annual sales of hundreds of millions of dollars. I will talk about these activities in a small company composed of only thirty employees with annual sales of five million dollars. To accomplish this, I will respond to the seven questions that Dr. Jeffrey Reed sent to me by splitting these questions into two groups. I will start my talk with brief replies to the first group of questions that inquire about the defense characteristics of my company. The second part of my talk addresses the remaining group of questions by providing a philosophical view of defense conversion strategies.
