Regression Model by the Management for Preparation of the Permalloy Sample

The main goal of this article is to manage the preparation and to investigate the influence of the milling time and annealing temperature (compacted samples prepared by the pressure of the powder) of compacted permalloy to the value of the coercivity using experimental and statistical methods. Experimentally obtained data that characterize the coercivity of soft magnetic materials FeNi (permalloy) were measured by the oersted at room temperature. We compared the values of the coercivity of five samples prepared by the compaction of powder milling from 10 to 30 h. The second step was the comparison of the values of the coercivity for non-annealed samples and samples annealed at 500 and 600∘C. The statistical analysis of these results were evaluated using the multivariate regression model, in which we can predict trends and future values of the coercivity of samples at higher annealed temperatures and longer milling times. We found that values of coercivity decrease (with decreasing milling time). These results are in accordance with statistical and experimental methods.
